    We deliver to most street addresses and P.O. boxes all over the world. 

     
    Delivery Times 
     
    When you order products from our website, it may take 1-2 days for us to process your order to get it ready for delivery. Your order confirmation is sent to you immediately after your purchase. If you haven't received an order confirmation by email (please check your spam/junk folder) within 24 hours, please contact us at care@theayurvedaexperience.hk
     
    We know how eager you are to receive your new products, so we do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible. Once your package is on the way, we'll send you a tracking link where, depending on the local delivery service, you may see an estimated delivery date. 
     
    Shipping time will be the following:
     
    • Standard Shipping : 5-7 days from order placement, excluding National Holidays and Weekends. 
     
    Business days are Monday to Friday except any national holidays. 
     
    Changing or cancelling orders 
     
    If you've accidentally entered the wrong shipping address, please get in touch with our support team at care@theayurvedaexperience.hk


    Shipping Costs 
     
    We provide Free Shipping above a minimum order value by default and it will automatically be applied to your order. In case the order is below minimum order value then Shipping cost is applicable as per below depending upon destination address country.

    Singapore: Shipping cost of SGD $5 below order value of SGD $30

    Malaysia: Shipping cost of MYR 8 below order value of MYR 100

    Hong Kong: Shipping Cost of HK$40 below order value of HK$175

    Philippines: Shipping cost of ₱200 below order value of ₱1200

    Vietnam: Shipping cost of ₫90.000 VND below order value of ₫550.000 VND

    Indonesia: Shipping cost of Rp 60,000.00 below order value of Rp 350,000.00

    Multiple Shipments 
     
    The Ayurveda Experience is a platform and marketplace for Ayurvedic products by various brands or companies. If you order multiple products from different brands, you'll probably receive your products in multiple packages since they're shipped from different locations. No extra shipping fees are charged for multiple shipments.
